Consent to personal data processing

1. Purposes of processing

• handling and answering the request/enquiry sent through the website;
• contacting me by phone or messenger to provide the requested services;
• concluding and performing a contract at my request.

2. Personal data

Name; contact details (phone number, Telegram username); information I voluntarily give in the message field, the chosen service area and a convenient time for a call; the page the form was sent from, the referral source and UTM tags.

3. Actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction – both with and without automation.

4. Recipients of personal data

Processing is carried out by the Operator. Data may be passed to persons engaged by the Operator to handle requests and provide services (including hosting, email services, analytics services, CRM systems, messenger services and other contractors), under confidentiality, and in cases provided for by Russian law.

5. Term of consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the personal data is destroyed within the period set by Russian law.

6. Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the email — or to the Operator's address: —. On receiving it, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data, except where the law allows processing without consent.
